Your role

Adidas is seeking an Associate in their customer service team that will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer service experience to their wholesale field accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Wholesale Field accounts.
  • Creating and Uploading pre-orders and contracts in line with pre-order timelines.
  • Perform required maintenance on pre-orders.
  • Cleansing of contracts as per the Rules of Engagement.
  • Processing of EDI orders and communicating with Customers on error resolution.
  • Processing of contract call-offs in season within specified timelines for pre-orders and refills.
  • Management of Order Book is an ongoing requirement.
  • Communication and liaison with the sales team on a regular basis.
  • Responding to incoming requests within specified time frames and handling customer inquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Providing product information, pricing queries, and processing orders into the system.
  • Follow up on customer requests, issues, and complaints to resolution.
  • Achievement of agreed department KPIs to drive superior service delivery.
  • Developing a strong understanding of the Company’s product range.
  • Contributing to the team’s continuous improvement initiatives and targets.
  • All testing is required within SAP systems.
