Project Coordinator Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

AECOM Buildings + Places Canada (B+P Canada) is a vibrant and growing fully integrated team spanning architecture, all the building’s engineering disciplines, landscape architecture, urban planning, urban design, economics and asset management for design and infrastructure projects. Project assignments may include, although not limited to: Transit and Municipal, Commercial, and Institutional projects, Justice, Education and Government.

In the role of Project Coordinator Intern, they are seeking an individual who will:

• Under direct supervision, follows standard procedures, processes, and techniques to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Performs data entry into an electronic document management system.
• Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher/more experienced levels.
• May prepare and maintain project filing system.
• Assists in the receiving, processing, monitoring, and expediting of internal and external distribution of engineering and supplier documentation.               

About you

Minimum Requirements:

• Must currently be in a bachelor program in any subject, but they will consider someone possessing any demonstrated equivalency of experience or education.
• Must have completed 3 years of study in a relevant program

Preferred Qualifications:

• Potential candidates must be First Nations Inuit or Metis, and applicants must declare they are in the application form and HR management system if successful.

Compensation & benefits

The expected salary range for this role is $23.00/hour - $32.00/hour.
