Project Coordinator Intern - Ottawa (Start ASAP)

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Follow standard procedures under direct supervision to complete tasks.
• Perform data entry into an electronic document management system.
• Resolve routine questions and refer complex issues to experienced staff.
• Prepare and maintain project filing systems.
• Assist in processing and distributing engineering and supplier documentation.  

About You:

Ideal candidates will:  

• Be enrolled in a Bachelor's program or have equivalent experience/education.
• Have completed three years of study in a relevant field.
• Be First Nations, Inuit, or Métis, and declare this in the application.  

Compensation & Benefits:

The position offers a salary range of CAD 23.00/hour to CAD 32.00/hour, based on location and qualifications. Flexible work options, including hybrid and remote work, are available.
