Your role

AIA is looking for a Partnership Delivery Associate - Reporting to join its team on a permanent basis, based in either Melbourne or Sydney. In this exciting role, the successful candidate will support the Partnership Delivery Specialist to deliver reporting and insights for AIA's Group Insurance Partners.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on diverse and interesting assignments and have exposure to a wide range of clients that are crucial to supporting the growth of the AIA brand. They will join a dynamic and supportive team and be ready to kick-start their career in an exciting and growing business.

To do this successfully, you will:

  • Support the Partnership Delivery Specialist to deliver monthly data reporting service packs for their Client Development Managers
  • Support the creation centralized administration and knowledge management platform for group partnerships
  • Support the team in delivering tender responses
  • Support the onboarding of new partners
  • Take initiative to suggest and implement improvements to their reporting processes

With this role, you will have an opportunity to gain a deep understanding of AIA retail products. As an effective communicator, you will have the ability to build rapport and manage your stakeholders effectively. You are persistent in finding solutions to issues that arise but also possess the skills to know when to call out for assistance.

About you

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • You are a recent graduate in IT, Data Analytics, Business, or other relevant discipline with experience in a reporting, data, or operations-focused role, preferably within the Financial Services Industry. 
  • You are a confident communicator who can liaise and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders and an exceptional problem solver who can anticipate issues and escalate where appropriate. In addition, you have strong data management and reporting skills.
  • Most importantly, you are passionate about health and wellness and connected to their purpose to help people embrace Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
