Your role

The Group Partnership Delivery team is growing, and they have a fantastic new opportunity for a Partnership Delivery Associate to join the team on a permanent basis, based in either Melbourne or Sydney.

As the Partnership Delivery Associate, you will provide administration support to the Partnership Delivery Specialists, by maintaining key group partnership servicing support assets such as reporting, knowledge hubs and incident management for digital assets.

In this exciting role, you will work on diverse and interesting assignments and have exposure to a wide range of clients that are crucial to supporting the growth of the AIA brand. You will join a dynamic and supportive team and be ready to kick-start your career in an exciting and growing business.  

To do this successfully, you will:

  • Support the Partnership Delivery Specialist to deliver monthly data reporting service packs for our Client Development Managers
  • Support the creation centralized administration and knowledge management platform for group partnerships
  • Support the team in delivering tender responses
  • Support the onboarding of new partners
  • Take initiative to suggest and implement improvements to our reporting processes

About you

Requirements:

  • You are a recent graduate with experience in an administration support or operations-focused role, preferably within the Financial Services Industry. 
  • You are a confident communicator who can liaise and establish relationships with a variety of stakeholders and an exceptional problem solver who can anticipate issues and escalate where appropriate.
  • You are passionate about health and wellness and connected to their purpose to help people embrace Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
