The pay is very competitive for a graduate program and increases quickly. I would have some form of travel compensation due to the distance I travel to Wagerup every day.

Compared to other companies, the pay as a first year graduate at Alcoa is slightly lower. However, knowing that it increases each year is great incentive.

LDO's are one of the best perks. Having a day off each month is great and helps me maintain a good work-life balance

Leisure day offs - 1 day off that can be taken every 4 weeks, and not having a shutdown period over the Christmas period.

Most unusual perk is the day off each month which I love. Also having three sites to visit all within 2 hours of each other. I enjoy the monthly grad days also.
