To be eligible to apply:

  • Completed your undergraduate or postgraduate by the end of 2025 (applicants who graduated no more than 2 years prior to 2025 will also be considered)
  • Must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or hold Australian Permanent Residency.
  • Attach your most up to date academic transcript or proof of results.
  • Include a cover letter outlining your suitability and a resume.
  • Ready to complete industry qualifications.

What we’re looking for:

  • Completed tertiary studies in Business.
  • Active in community and extracurricular activities.
  • Work experience in a customer service or corporate environment.
  • Strong and effective communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and empathic qualities from various experiences.
  • Enthusiastic about working with numbers, data and caring for customers.

Pros

  • As a data grad I get to work on a lot of technical projects which has really enhanced my skills.

Cons

    • Like many large organisations, Allianz can have complex and sometimes bureaucratic processes.

    • Work progress can be slow due to compliance requirements.

    • Request issues and error in the systems preventing me from working properly.

    • Slightly shorter rotations (Potentially 4 months instead of 6 months) to have more experiences in different teams.
