As part of the team, you will be responsible for managing and servicing with excellence our Consumer & Small Business segments for Australia & New Zealand. You will be sharing AMEX's commitment to the service intent and its passion for customer service. This position is responsible for delivering extraordinary customer service whilst ensuring they adhere to their credit policies and minimise losses.
