Your role

As part of the team, you will be responsible for managing and servicing with excellence our Consumer & Small Business segments for Australia & New Zealand. You will be sharing AMEX's commitment to the service intent and its passion for customer service. This position is responsible for delivering extraordinary customer service whilst ensuring they adhere to their credit policies and minimise losses.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls from customers
  • Liaising with internal business partners such as Account Development and Business Development teams
  • Assessing credit risks and making lending decisions (i.e. increasing customer credit limits)

Experience/skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Experience in a call-centre environment will be advantageous
