Your role

They are seeking a Business Insurance Associate to join AON Australia’s Digital Coverwallet broking team, to support their Business Consultants who will be managing sales with small business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with potential clients through several channels, such as email, inbound and outbound phone calls
  • You will be assisting their Business Insurance Consultants with quoting for commercial insurance products
  • Being a team player, assisting the team to achieve targets through ad hoc admin, systems, and project tasks
  • Help towards team KPIs and sales targets
  • Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop technical knowledge
