The Opportunity:

The Service Specialist will be responsible for completing various client service support tasks as well as supporting other colleagues.

We are looking for someone who has phenomenal customer service skills and a willingness to learn new things. You will be working in a collaborative team & would be a part of a growing environment and learning from some of the most knowledgeable colleagues in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Providing day to day support to a range of our Insurance Brokers across our client teams at Aon, which also involves processing overseas insurance placements
  • Also assisting clients via email/phone, and sometimes in-person to support a variety of their insurance needs
  • Using initiative to acquire information from colleagues to plan your workload according to client priorities
  • Using new and existing client information/system tools, to build detailed and sophisticated calculations/reports / documents
  • Preparing, lodging, and invoicing policies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Demonstrate a shown understanding of key products and coverage in policy wordings and be able to explain these to clients and colleagues

  • Complete various complexity of tasks and prioritise workload
  • Strong experiences using software programs
