About the opportunity

Our Corporate Graduate Program is a unique and exciting early careers pathway dedicated to providing meaningful work, growth and security. Our graduates will receive tailored mentoring and support whilst gaining exposure through rotations across a range of departments prior to settling in a specific area at the end of the Program.

We are seeking Graduates for various Operations Roles to commence in July 2024 on a structured 2 year program. If you have recently completed or a due to complete your qualification within one of the following disciplines or equivalent then apply now to be considered for this exciting opportunity!

• Planning – Degree in an engineering discipline or trade qualification
• Quality - Degree in an engineering or business discipline
• Business Improvement - Degree in Engineering, Business or Manufacturing
• Production Support Graduate - Degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing or Commissioning
• Facilities Graduate - Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural

About ASC

ASC has served as Australia’s submarine builder and sustainer for over 35 years. ASC built the Collins Class submarine and now sustains the fleet in Osborne, South Australia and in Henderson, Western Australia. Supported by its predominantly Australian supply chain and a highly skilled workforce, we deliver submarine capability and availability to the Royal Australian Navy.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance and an ability to access protected US defence technology. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances and approvals.

Whilst ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.
