ASC is Australia’s submarine company. About the opportunity 

Our Corporate Graduate Program is a unique and exciting early careers pathway dedicated to providing meaningful work, growth and security, while contributing directly to Australia’s national security. Our graduates will receive tailored mentoring and support whilst gaining exposure through rotations across a range of departments prior to settling in a specific area at the end of the Program. 

We are now recruiting Graduates with an interest in Risk Management, who have recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business Management or Commerce to commence in July 2026 on a structured 2-year Graduate program. ASC is committed to ensuring risk management is central to our business, enabling discipline and sound business decision making. Located in Osborne, South Australia this program offers outstanding individuals the opportunity to;

  • Commence their Risk career with a leading defence organisation.
  • Support effective risk management frameworks and processes in ensuring the company’s ongoing success.
  • Gain exposure and develop capabilities in enterprise risk management, business continuity and crisis management, and compliance management.
  • Support work across various programs and projects using risk management practices and systems in a project environment.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
