ASC is Australia’s submarine company. We built the Royal Australian Navy’s Collins Class submarines, sustain them, and are now delivering their Life of Type Extension to increase the boats’ service lives. About the opportunity

Our Corporate Graduate Program is a unique and exciting early careers pathway dedicated to providing meaningful work, growth and security. Our graduates will receive tailored mentoring and support whilst gaining exposure through rotations across a range of departments prior to settling in a specific area at the end of the Program.

We are seeking Human Resource Graduates who have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business, Communications or Marketing.

This is a structured 2-year program which will commence in January 2025. Located in Henderson, Western Australia this program offers outstanding individuals the opportunity to;

• Commence their HR career with a leading defence organisation.
• Assist the implementation of L&D initiatives across ASC’s lines of business including competency framework development, L&D program development and providing L&D advice to key stakeholders
• Supporting the work of the L&OD team and broader P&C team including P&C Business Partners and advisors

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
