As a Business Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting various departments and contributing to the overall growth and success of AusNet.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent business graduates to gain practical experience and develop a strong foundation in their careers.
You will have the chance to work closely with experienced professionals, participate in cross-functional projects, and contribute to the achievement of key business objectives.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:
Collaborate with different teams to support day-to-day operations, including but not limited to finance, marketing, operations, and sales
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and assist in the development of marketing strategies
Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentations, and financial analysis
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimisation and efficiency enhancement
Coordinate and participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions
Support the implementation of new business initiatives and monitor their progress
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, providing valuable insights to the team
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors

About you
To be eligible to apply for the Business Graduate Program, you will have:
Full working rights in Australia
Graduated in 2023 or graduate by December 2024, with a degree qualification in any of the fields below:

Training, development & rotations
