Your role

ABC Commercial requires an enthusiastic Sales Co-ordinator to provide support to the sales team through the coordination of content sales. In this rewarding contract role, you are responsible for the coordination of production, sales, distribution, clearance, and marketing of all content including:

  • Coordinate sales to Inflight and non-theatric clients as well as New Zealand
  • Coordination and management of databases (Rights Line/digital and broadcast sales)
  • Research market trends to assist with creating client profiles and generate information for sales targeting
  • Assist Sales members with collating ratings and press information
  • Maintain dedicated client relationships to ensure a smooth content delivery process
  • Coordinate any rights checks and clearances, in collaboration with Rights Management on contract preparation.

Salary & benefits

In this role, you may earn an average of A$79,000 to A$84,000 (pro rata) Plus 15.4% Nominated Super.

About you

Here’s what we are looking for in this role:

You will be a confident, inquisitive person who has impressive organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a knack for coordinating others. Use your broad experience supporting a sales team and get up to speed quickly in the role. In addition, you will have:

  • Qualifications and experience in media or digital sales are desirable
  • An understanding of rights and clearance issues pertaining to TV content
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great project management skills and ability to meet set deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills are highly desirable
