Your role

This role is business-facing and provides how-to advice for employees, on People and Culture policies, procedures, processes, and systems. The role will include but will not be limited to:

  • Coordinating responses to P&C central email address and phone calls (with other team members) and escalating when required.
  • Provide ‘how-to’ support and advice for employees on People & Culture policies, procedures, processes, and systems.
  • Assist in identifying training and communication needs across the organisation in relation to People & Culture processes and systems, updating P&C information on the intranet, reviewing position descriptions, and updating our database.

Salary & benefits

HR Coordinator roles may earn an average of A$69,000 to A$84,000 plus 15.4% nominated super.

About you

Here's what ABC is looking for in this role:

You have Human Resource qualifications or studying HR is on your radar, and you have knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices. To be successful in this role you will bring the following skills:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team and build rapport with clients.
  • Administrative and organisational skills with an ability to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 and other computer-based systems.
