Your role

ABC Finance, Travel, and Operations are seeking a conscientious Procurement Officer to assist in the procurement of specialised travel service contracts, as well as the effective rollout and support of their related services, including providing quality customer service and helpdesk support staff at ABC. 

In this role, you will:

• Provide administration support to Concur Travel, Cabcharge Plus, Uber for Business, and International SOS Travel Tracker.
• Administrative tasks, data entry, and record-keeping relating to assigned areas of work are accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide helpdesk support and on-the-job training to employees, either one-on-one or in group settings.

About you

Here's what ABC is looking for in this role:

• You're an excellent communicator, with strong client service techniques and skills, including the ability to deal with queries politely, efficiently, and effectively.
• You possess an ability to learn, understand, and have experience in applying relevant ABC procedures, guidelines, and agreements, as well as excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and operate cloud-based systems where required. 
• Experience with SAP and Concur is desirable.
