Negative press and misrepresentations in the media.
AEMO is an NGO that makes decisions affecting a really wide variety of stakeholders, not just generators, retailers and network operators but also individual consumers and manufacturers. This means AEMO has to work very hard to keep lots of people happy and can often cop a lot of flak in the media. This doesn't preclude AEMO from making changes in the industry and getting things done though.
