Your new role

The AustralianSuper 2025 Graduate Program is an exciting opportunity to build a career with a growing global investor. Commencing in September 2025, you will be exposed to a variety of our teams and develop the investment capabilities and skills to help members achieve the best possible outcomes in retirement.

Over the two-year rotation-based program, you will gain exposure to a range of approaches to investing and obtaining first-hand knowledge of the investment business including front and middle office.

Immersing yourself into what is fast becoming one of the world’s largest active fund managers, you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from professionals across our investment asset classes including equities, private markets, fixed income and asset allocation teams.

With continuous learning underpinning our Graduate Program, you will benefit from on-the-job career development as well as our tailored graduate development pathway - all designed to support you in building the required skills and capabilities that will set you up for a successful career far beyond the graduate experience.

This role is based at our office in Midtown Manhattan based at 1251 Avenue of the Americas, with a hybrid work schedule.

Investments graduates in New York can expect to rotate through two of the following functions: International & Private Equities, Mid Risk or ESG & Stewardship.

What you’ll need

  • Completing or completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 3 years of program start date (e.g. 2023, 2024, or 2025).
  • Be able to commence full time employment commencing September 2025 (2025 Graduate Program)
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.

Pay transparency notice

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 per year (this is based on full-time hours, located in New York City). The base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience and refers to the amount AustralianSuper is willing to pay at the time of posting.
