Your role

What you will be doing?

  • You will utilize the various project control system toolsets and gain an understanding of project control processes, along with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
  • The role requires the individual to be a confident and effective communicator with an ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across key functions (finance, commercial, procurement, HR, engineering).

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the application of the project control system to ensure effective project control principles and processes are applied (including earned value management application) from project start through to completion.

  • Resource updates
  • Quarterly contract status review support 
  • Schedule status updates
  • Project management baseline maintenance via baseline change request database
  • Monthly earned value management variance reporting
  • Actual headcount monitoring (weekly and monthly)
  • Support maintaining governance across the control account

Compensation & benefits

Air project control engineer graduate's annual salary is £34,000 per annum plus a £2,000 welcome bonus. You’ll also receive benefits including:

About you

Qualification requirements:

  • As a minimum requirement, you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Business, Finance, Legal, Project Management, or IT related.
