- BAE Systems does offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however, it is expected in our Graduate program you will be required to attend your site up to 5 days per week.

What you will be doing
- As a Graduate, you will be investigating business situations to define recommendations for improvement action.
- You will be defining, evaluating, and describing business change options for financial, technical, and business feasibility, and strategic alignment while producing abstract or distilled representations of real-world, business operations.
Duties and responsibilities
- Managing requirements through the entire project lifecycle/service duration
- Capturing current business processes. Creating new and potentially disruptive approaches to performing business activities.
- Developing models and diagrams to represent and communicate data requirements and data assets.
- Planning, designing, and implementing activities to transition the organization and people to the required future state.
- Ensuring methods and tools are adopted and used effectively throughout the organization.
- Validating systems, products, business processes, or services to determine whether the acceptance criteria have been satisfied.
Skills
As a minimum requirement, you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any STEM or IT/Business related Degree subject.

- Salary: £34,000 & £2,000 Welcome Bonus

- On commencement of employment, you will be paid a one-off non-consolidated lump sum payment of £2,000 (the “Welcome Payment”).
