Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Coordinate the modernization of HR policies and processes across various geographies.
- Support the development and delivery of change plans, focusing on employee engagement.
- Facilitate Talent and Organization Business Reviews.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively.
- Support the design and rollout of training programs and collaborate with external suppliers.
About you
Candidates should have:
- A minimum of 2.2 in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any subject.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work across multiple geographies and with diverse stakeholders.
