Join Global Banking Operations at Bank of America in Sydney, focusing on treasury, depository solutions, and trade finance operations.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring quick and accurate transaction processing in line with policies and regulations.
- Managing operational risk to maximize control effectiveness and profitability.
- Collaborating with business partners on complex transactions for client satisfaction.
- Driving change initiatives for process optimization and system enhancement.
- Supporting regulatory requirements and inspections.
- Engaging in process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience.
- Managing day-to-day servicing enquiries and account onboarding.
- Logging, investigating, and resolving enquiries timely and accurately.
- Liaising with business partners and analyzing client enquiry statistics.
- Participating in client meetings, planning, and RFP processes.
- Providing backup support to other Client Services Advisors.
About You
Candidates should have:
- Final year Undergraduate/Master’s student status with outstanding academic achievement.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with change and adaptability to changing demands.
- Strong team player and client-focused attitude.
- Demonstrated energy, drive, initiative, and creative thinking.
