Gain exposure to global financial markets with Bank of America, assisting in sales, trading, and market analysis.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist on sales, trading, and hedging activities.
  • Assess market trends and provide quantitative data for clients.
  • Perform market and quantitative research analysis.
  • Help originate, structure, and model transactions.
  • Assist in structuring, pricing, and executing trades.
  • Build knowledge of clients' investment needs and create solutions.
  • Provide quantitative data and explanations to clients.
  • Develop marketing presentations for fixed income and equity products.
  • Assist in developing new products and educating clients.
  • Depending on location, rotate through different desks or be placed with a specific team.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Penultimate year Undergraduate/Master’s student with outstanding academic achievement.
  • Background in mathematics, engineering, statistics, or programming advantageous.
  • Strong interest in global financial markets.
  • Extensive Excel and modeling skills.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Comfort with change and adaptability.
  • Strong team player and client-focused.
  • Demonstrates energy and drive.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; Asian language skills essential for some roles.
  • Coding skills desired but not mandatory.
