Gain exposure to global financial markets with Bank of America, assisting in sales, trading, and market analysis.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist on sales, trading, and hedging activities.
- Assess market trends and provide quantitative data for clients.
- Perform market and quantitative research analysis.
- Help originate, structure, and model transactions.
- Assist in structuring, pricing, and executing trades.
- Build knowledge of clients' investment needs and create solutions.
- Provide quantitative data and explanations to clients.
- Develop marketing presentations for fixed income and equity products.
- Assist in developing new products and educating clients.
- Depending on location, rotate through different desks or be placed with a specific team.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Penultimate year Undergraduate/Master’s student with outstanding academic achievement.
- Background in mathematics, engineering, statistics, or programming advantageous.
- Strong interest in global financial markets.
- Extensive Excel and modeling skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Comfort with change and adaptability.
- Strong team player and client-focused.
- Demonstrates energy and drive.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; Asian language skills essential for some roles.
- Coding skills desired but not mandatory.
