About the Role

Join our Graduate Program as a Graduate Consultant within our Project and Infrastructure Advisory team, starting February 2026!

Our Project & Infrastructure team work with public and private clients to help infrastructure get built, upgraded or maintained. This includes all stages of the project lifecycle from early projects stages (feasibility and business case stage) through to procurement and into delivery and operations. There are a broad range of advice and support our team delivers such as policy strategy and planning, business case and transaction management, financial and commercial advice, economic advisory, and project and program management.

What you’ll do:

As a Project & Infrastructure Advisory Graduate at BDO, you can expect to:

  • Provide support on key deliverables required for current major infrastructure transactions including financial and commercial advice
  • Prepare advice in the form of reports, memos and presentations to clients
  • Work with a team on business cases/feasibility studies for major projects
  • Learn and apply financial modelling
  • Participate in client meetings.

What you’ll offer:

  • You will be in your final year, or have recently completed an Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or relevant or postgraduate degree
  • Your ability to commence full-time in February 2026.
