As a Beca Accounting and Finance graduate based in our brand new head office in Auckland, you will join our Graduate Development Programme in February 2026 a two-year journey designed to set you up for a successful and fulfilling career with us. You will benefit from rotation between some of our finance teams to gain a broad understanding and exposure to our global business. You will have access to mentoring, coaching, learning and development opportunities, as well as social and networking events. With our newly implemented enterprise systems, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our enhanced streamlining of business processes and reporting to stakeholders, and apply your skills and creativity to solve real-world problems. You will be supported by a network of experts and mentors who will guide you as you embark on your studies to achieve professional accreditation.
