The Bega Graduate Experience 

We are excited to announce the Bega Graduate Program will open for applications in March 2022.

We are currently inviting applications for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team at the Bega.

Working on day-to-day activities to support your immediate team as well as engaging in challenging and meaningful projects, Bega graduates will undertake a comprehensive 2-year rotational program with a focus on technical knowledge and skills, Bega business acumen, and personal opportunities to prepare you for an exciting career.

You will also benefit from mentoring as well as the support of a dedicated buddy to help you make the most of the program. Highlights of the program include innovative workshops, creating a professional network across the Bega Group nationally, and bringing fresh ideas to the Bega.

Sales & Marketing Graduate

• Exposure to real FMCG brands how to build and market brands in the FMCG food, dairy, and nutritional beverages industry
• Learning about an array of customers across leading supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, Quick Service Restaurant, leisure, and workplace outlets
• Learning about market-leading portfolio of iconic Australian brands such as Vegemite, Simply Nuts, Dairy Farmers, Dare, Yoplait, Farmers Union, Big M, Daily Juice, Zooper Dooper, and more
• Lay the foundations of a really strong business career gaining an understanding of supply chain and logistics and how to get a product to market from end to end in this well-rounded program
• Gain experience within a large team of professionals in a large Nationally owned organization
• 1 position based in Bega Foods Port Melbourne 3207 VIC and 1 position based in Bega Dairy & Drinks Docklands 3008 VIC
