The Accounting Specialist (Project-Based) provides support in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and preparing financial reports for a specific project or defined time frame. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards and company policies while supporting project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and monitor financial transactions related to the assigned project.
  • Prepare and analyze project-related financial reports and summaries.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking activities for the project.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in audit preparation and documentation as needed.

    • The workload during tax season but through the support of the tax team I can manage.

    • 1. The nature of marketing being a fast-paced industry can be challenging. It requires us to be incredibly flexible and adaptable, constantly keeping up with trends and swiftly pivoting our strategies to ensure our promotions are effective. While it’s not necessarily the worst thing, it does demand a high level of agility and quick thinking, which can be both exciting and intense at times.

    • We work for 10 hours, I think quite not normal.

    • A little difficult to travel when you are a commuter.
