Corporate Graduate Program - Finance (Jan 2026)

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Working alongside industry experts on real-world challenges.
• Participating in a series of rotations across different areas of the organization.
• Capturing and analyzing data for day-to-day reporting and business decisions.
• Engaging in financial accounting, finance business partnering, taxation, treasury, and management reporting.
• Assisting in achieving Chartered Accounting/Certified Practicing Accounting status.

About You

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Graduate by the end of the 2025 academic year with a Bachelor or Master of Commerce or Business, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar.
• Be prepared to commence full-time employment in February 2026 in Melbourne.
• Hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
• Have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 / WAM of 75 (Distinction) or greater.
• Be available for an assessment day on Tuesday, 3 June 2025.
