Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting delivery of programs of work.
• Involvement in creative campaigns.
• Assisting with development of long-term strategic initiatives.
• Working alongside industry experts on real-world challenges.
• Participating in multiple rotations across the organization.

About You

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Graduate by the end of the 2025 academic year with a Bachelor or Masters in any field.
• Prepared to commence full-time employment in February 2026 in Melbourne.
• Hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
• Available for an assessment day on Tuesday, 3 June 2025.
• Possess a creative mindset, customer focus, and strong written communication skills.
