Their annual Planning and Review cycle aligns team members’ goals with strategic priorities and offers the opportunity to create individual development plans, supporting career growth in line with personal aspirations.
The program provides graduates with hands-on learning and exposure to different aspects of the business, ensuring they gain a well-rounded understanding and find the best fit for their skills and career aspirations. It is a 12-month rotational program offering diverse experiences across various departments and functions within Bindaree, culminating in a permanent role with the company.
