Your role
The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:
Support Associate Relations processes (Associate morale and engagement sensing, performance management process, guidelines, and policies).
Support Associate appeal and termination process.
Support multiple HR projects.
Create Associate Relations dashboards.
Process improvement activities.
About you
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Effective communication skills.
Time management skills.
Organizational skills.
Advanced PowerPoint skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
Completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
Transfer students must have a GPA from their current university.
Must attach a copy of the unofficial transcript.
Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
The work term dates are January 13th - May 16th, 2025.

Training & development
As an Associate Relations Intern, you will gain a better understanding of the Associate Relations function within the organization (i.e. Associate engagement). You will develop/enhance project management skills, receive an introduction to the knowledge, skills, and abilities required in a Human Resources role, and gain real-life experience and exposure to the BMW culture and the manufacturing industry.
