Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support Associate Relations processes, including morale and engagement sensing, performance management, and policy guidelines.
- Assist in the Associate appeal and termination process.
- Contribute to multiple HR projects.
- Create and maintain Associate Relations dashboards.
- Engage in process improvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
About You:
Ideal candidates will have:
- Pursuit of a degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
- Submission of an unofficial transcript.
- Completion and passing of a substance abuse test before the work term.
- Availability for the work term from May 19th to August 8th, 2025.
