Engage in practical experiences and contribute to Associate Relations at BMW, fostering personal and team growth.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support Associate Relations processes, including morale and engagement sensing, performance management, guidelines, and policies.
  • Assist in the Associate appeal and termination process.
  • Support multiple HR projects.
  • Create Associate Relations dashboards.
  • Engage in process improvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from the current university.
  • Must attach a copy of the unofficial transcript.
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
  • The work term dates are August 11th-December 12th, 2025.
