Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Collaborate with the Risk and Credit Departments to support data and analytics for the Bank.
- Assist Data Scientists in model development and manage an independent analytics project.
- Utilize analytical, statistical, and programming skills to explore structured and unstructured data.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning algorithms.
- Address business problems identified by various Bank units.
- Deliver actionable insights to drive revenue growth, cost reduction, and risk optimization.
- Assist in developing and maintaining financial models.
- Provide insights into AI trends, including machine learning and large language models.
About You:
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited institution.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Completed at least 30 college credit hours.
- Field of study: Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- Must submit an unofficial college transcript.
- Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
- Prior BMW Group experience (for international J1 students).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Qlik).
- Data programming skills and experience.
