Join BMW Group in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, as an intern in Brand Communications & Strategy, supporting creative and strategic initiatives.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support development, oversight, operations, and logistics for video and photo shoots
  • Manage trucking vendor relationships, shoot schedules, and fleet management
  • Project management and agency steering for campaigns and productions
  • Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, experiential, and sales
  • Contribute to vehicle moves, ensuring timely and clean arrivals for shoots
  • Maintain brand consistency across communications
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing files
  • Learn and apply industry best practices in brand communication and marketing
  • Organize, build, and document department items in compliance with ISO 9001

About You:

Candidates should have:

  • Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Completion of at least 30 college credit hours at the time of application
  • Field of study in Business or Marketing
  • Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
  • Prior BMW Group experience (for international J1 students)
  • Marketing or product management background
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team player with collaboration skills
  • Comfort with public speaking in office settings

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Undergraduate hourly rate: $25.30
  • Graduate hourly rate: $32.20
