Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Independently manage projects, including trend scouting and conducting surveys.
- Present to top management on topics relevant to the BMW Technology Office.
- Handle HR topics for new employees and fleet management tasks.
- Train in project management techniques like target definition and scheduling.
- Manage office workflows, assist in meetings, and help with travel planning.
- Perform financial planning and purchasing tasks as needed.
- Complete general office tasks as required.
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
- Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited institution.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Have completed at least 30 college credit hours.
- Study Business and/or Industrial Engineering with a business concentration.
- Attach a copy of their unofficial transcript.
- Be able to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
- Have prior BMW Group experience (for international J1 students only).
- Be fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Be available for a 6-month term.
