Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Independently manage projects, including trend scouting and conducting surveys.
  • Present to top management on topics relevant to the BMW Technology Office.
  • Handle HR topics for new employees and fleet management tasks.
  • Train in project management techniques like target definition and scheduling.
  • Manage office workflows, assist in meetings, and help with travel planning.
  • Perform financial planning and purchasing tasks as needed.
  • Complete general office tasks as required.

About You:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited institution.
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Have completed at least 30 college credit hours.
  • Study Business and/or Industrial Engineering with a business concentration.
  • Attach a copy of their unofficial transcript.
  • Be able to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
  • Have prior BMW Group experience (for international J1 students only).
  • Be fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Be available for a 6-month term.
