Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Supports Communications, Quality, Innovations, and Launch Excellence across the Region Americas to meet strategic targets.
  • Coordinates business steering and digitalization for PI-4 Regionally and Internationally in market operations service areas such as Provider Management, Environment Management, and more.
  • Provides innovative input to improve systems and processes in FM, Energy, Security, and Space Provision.
  • Utilizes internal platforms to develop automation, reducing manual processes.
  • Completes formal UI Path training.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify automation use cases.
  • Builds and deploys process automation.
  • Engages in special projects defined jointly with a mentor.
  • Develops Power BI Dashboards and digitalizes processes and standards.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in Business or Business Related fields, Data Analytics, Communications, or Marketing.
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completion of at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
  • A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
  • An unofficial transcript attached to the application.
  • Ability to complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
