Your Role

The Campus Planning Intern will be exposed to a wide range of topics within the facility/project management operations. This intern will support the project management team with daily tasks such as asset verification, weekly updates, facilitation of waste stream, documentation of artifacts as well as presentation preparation and information gathering and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day project management duties
  • Assist with equipment tracking
  • Clean up coordination
  • Documentation collection and organizing
  • Project information sharing

About You

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university 
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
  • Have completed at least 30 college credit hours at the time of application 
  • Field of study: Business or other related field
  • Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
  • Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
  • Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly rate for undergraduate students is $25.30, while the hourly rate for graduate students is $32.20. If you join as a full-time employee, you will get the following benefits:

Training, Development & Rotation

This is a full-time internship position for their Fall Rotation, from September 9, 2024, through December 20, 2024, in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

During your internship, you will get broad supervision and regular feedback, so that you have the opportunity to develop your potential in the best possible way. Furthermore, you will not only get insights into different projects and working processes, but you will also self-evidently be a fully integrated team member.
