Your role

This is a full-time internship position for their Summer rotation, from June 3, 2024, through August 16, 2024, in New York, NY.

The Client Experience Intern will provide ongoing support for the launch of the Rolls-Royce Private Office in NYC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the launch of the Private Office in NYC with ongoing ad hoc tasks.
  • Support the Regional Designer with presentation material and meeting coordination, event logistics, and note-taking during client meetings.
  • Support Sales to ensure that client specifications are aligned.
  • Coordinate client visits.
  • Update sales force records.
  • Support and set up of the office as it is launched.

Training, development & rotation

During the internship, the Client Experience Intern will gain practical experience in supporting the launch of the Rolls-Royce Private Office in NYC. You will develop skills in event logistics, presentation material creation, client coordination, and sales force record management while assisting in the setup and operation of the new office.

Salary & benefits

The hourly rate for undergraduate students is $25.30, and for graduate students is $32.20.

About you

Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
  • Have completed at least 30 college credit hours at the time of application.
  • The field of study is Design or Marketing.
  • Must attach a copy of the college's unofficial transcript.
  • Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
  • Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only).
  • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferences:

  • Photoshop a plus.
