Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Support the launch of the Private Office in NYC with ongoing ad hoc tasks.
  • Assist the Regional Designer with presentation materials, meeting coordination, event logistics, and note-taking during client meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure client specifications are aligned.
  • Coordinate client visits.
  • Update Salesforce records.
  • Support and set up the office as it is launched.

About You:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Have completed at least 30 college credit hours at the time of application.
  • Be studying Design or Marketing.
  • Attach a copy of their unofficial college transcript.
  • Be able to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
  • Have prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only).
  • Have knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Photoshop skills are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Undergraduate students earn $25.30 per hour, while graduate students earn $32.20 per hour.
