Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:  

  • Support Inbound/Outbound Quality Logistics and Packaging at the Packing Plant through problem-solving, data analysis, and system improvements.  
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, database structures, and KPI reporting, including SharePoint management.  
  • Contribute to special projects like Quality Excellence.  
  • Enhance Direct Pass and Pallet Quality Adherence.  
  • Assist with Excel sheets for return material and CR processing for new developments.  
  • Generate reports on Outbound Quality topics from partner countries.  
  • Manage and analyze data for quality processes.  
  • Review and manage Packaging Data Sheets.  
  • Create new data manipulation automatizations.  
  • Develop Power BI data analysis.  
  • Support automated machine programming in the Packaging business.  
  • Update Packaging Change Board and maintain records.  
  • Track changes in packaging concepts.  
  • Document current and new processes using VISIO and MS Word.  
  • Participate in system rollouts.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:  

  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with improvement initiatives.  
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Macros), Power BI, and SharePoint.  
  • Basic knowledge of Packaging Engineering and statistical analysis.  
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.  
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team.  
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.  
  • Completion of at least 30 credit hours by the time of application.  
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).  
  • A GPA from the current university for transfer students.  
  • Submission of an unofficial transcript.  
  • Completion and passing of a substance abuse test before the work term.
