Support quality logistics and packaging at the Packing Plant with problem-solving, data analysis, and system improvements.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support Inbound/Outbound Quality Logistics and Packaging with problem-solving, data analysis, system improvements, dashboard development, and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain database structures, process continuous improvement, KPI reporting, and SharePoint.
  • Support special projects such as Quality Excellence and increase Direct Pass, including Pallet Quality Adherence.
  • Assist with the current Excel sheet for return material and CR processing for new development.
  • Generate overview reports of Outbound Quality topics from partner countries.
  • Manage and analyze data for quality processes and review Packaging Data Sheets.
  • Create new automatizations for data manipulation and generate new Power BI data analysis.
  • Support the implementation of automated machine programming in the Packaging business.
  • Update Packaging Change Board and maintain record-keeping.
  • Track changes for packaging concepts and document current and new processes using VISIO and MS Word.
  • Participate in system rollouts.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
  • A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
  • Must attach a copy of the unofficial transcript.
  • Ability to complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
  • Availability for the work term from August 11th to December 12th, 2025.
