Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support daily activities for BMW real estate development and construction projects.
- Assist in large, medium, and small construction projects, focusing on system transformations and process improvements.
- Collaborate with BMW Project Manager to achieve project objectives and utilize project management tools.
- Review construction progress and ensure compliance with standards.
- Contribute to department improvement initiatives and support project managers and specialists.
- Organize and document meetings, including minutes and compliance documents.
- Plan and implement projects as assigned by management.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree path in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business Management.
- Basic technical/engineering aptitude.
- Self-driven nature and quick information absorption.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and enrollment at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours by application time.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
- An unofficial transcript attached to the application.
- Ability to pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
- Availability for the work term from May 19th – August 8th, 2025.
