Your role

This is a full-time internship position for their Summer Rotation, from May 20, 2024, through August 16, 2024, in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

The internship with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars NA is designed to give an insight into the various aspects of the Sales Channel Development business at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. It offers the exciting opportunity to work in a corporate environment on various skills such as data analysis, organizational skills, and project work. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • They are structuring and analyzing data to perform regular sales monitoring.
  • Working on the annual forecasts based on industry data for the RRMC dealers.
  • Designing and sending out communications for dealers (regular bulletins) as well as creating various documents and forms.
  • Responsible for organizing the annual Conference.
  • Supporting the team in developing business cases.

Training & development

Interns in this role can gain hands-on experience in data analysis and sales monitoring, along with exposure to industry forecasting methods. You can also develop skills in communication, document creation, event organization, and business case development, fostering a well-rounded understanding of business operations.

Salary & benefits

The hourly rate for undergraduate students is $25.30 and for graduate students is $32.20.

About you

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
  • Have completed at least 30 college credit hours at the time of application.
  • The fields of study are Business, Economics, and Marketing.
  • Must attach a copy of the college's unofficial transcript.
  • Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
  • Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only).
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
