A good student experience is never hands-off. BMW believes in creating an environment where students really can learn by doing during their time with them and where they are given their own areas of responsibility from the start. That’s why you are treated as part of the team from day one and are encouraged to bring your own ideas to the table.

During your internship, you will get broad supervision and regular feedback, so that you have the opportunity to develop your potential in the best possible way. Furthermore, you will not only get insights into different projects and working processes, but you will also self-evidently be a fully integrated team member.

Their Internship Program allows undergraduate and graduate students to work for one time period (spring, summer, or fall) in order to explore their career choices while gaining valuable experience. This enables you to test your career choices while gaining valuable experience in a professional environment. Their interns are used in areas where special projects are assigned.

Perhaps you are a domestic or an international student who is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program, or perhaps you are considering a work experience year. Their program is designed to complement your theoretical studies and support your professional development by providing you with real hands-on experience of working as part of a dynamic team in your chosen field.
