Support agile teams in digital identity projects, fostering a dynamic learning environment.
Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting agile Digital Identity Sub Product Owner, Agile Master, and Feature Teams for delivery to Product Owner.
- Organizing, documenting, testing, and managing the software development lifecycle of applications.
- Supporting Jira and Confluence for Feature Team.
- Assisting provider transition from old to new operations provider.
- Collecting and clarifying requirements for new use cases/functionality of existing password management, strong authentication, and PKI tools.
- Developing software in JAVA or a similar programming language.
- Reviewing technical documentation and migrating content into Confluence as applicable.
- Creating, maintaining, and enhancing existing Power BI Dashboards for the team from an operational/KPI standpoint.
- Automating operational tasks using scripts or small program modules (e.g., Java, PowerShell).
- Participating as a project team member for internal projects involving tools or processes (Cloud, Confluence/Jira Reporting).
- Conducting operational reporting for the team, including understanding of Excel/Finance.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Microsoft Office Excel.
- A major in Business, Finance, or Computer Science.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Content Management Systems (Atlassian Tool suite knowledge would be an advantage).
- Basic understanding and experience in SQL (knowledge of DBMS like Oracle, Postgres would be an advantage).
- Basic understanding of modern operating systems, web application, and client/server architecture.
- Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management would be an advantage.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
- Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
- Commitment to three co-op rotations as an enrolled student.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
- A copy of the unofficial transcript.
- Completion and passing of a substance abuse test before the work term.
