Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in new product content and collaborative department work.
- Supporting launch and change coordinators with bill of material and demand logic changes.
- Leading process improvement projects and optimizing data analytical systems.
- Contributing to Test Car BOM validation and coordinating Line Trials.
- Generating and maintaining reports, supporting communication and topic resolution.
- Implementing solutions to improve process efficiency and completing process mapping exercises.
- Creating content overview for different vehicle modules.
- Gaining an understanding of BMW's design change processes and exposure to business partner processes.
About You:
Candidates should possess:
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
- Pursuing a BS or Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, MIS, Computer Science, or other relevant degrees.
- Must attach a copy of unofficial transcript.
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
