This is a full-time internship position for their Summer Rotation, from June 3, 2024, through early December 2024 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
This intern will provide support to the Executive Assistant to the Executive VP of Finance & CFO as well as the Executive VP of Operations.
Some numerous projects and tasks are included in this exciting role, for candidates interested in administrative tasks, as well as company policy. This unique role provides access and support to all levels of management at BMW NA, and aboard!
Key Responsibilities:
As an intern at BMW NA, throughout the internship, you will gain valuable experience in administrative tasks and company policy implementation. You will learn to facilitate record retention, create impactful PowerPoint presentations, coordinate town hall arrangements, manage travel logistics, and contribute to process improvements, all while supporting executives at various levels.
The hourly rate for undergraduate students is $25.30, while the hourly rate for graduate students is $32.20.
