Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the experiential marketing team in event planning, including defining content, location, and dates.
- Liaising with agency partners, reviewing creative, and analyzing offers.
- Creating purchase orders and supporting several projects across the department.
- Reporting post-event, preparing vehicle loaner agreements, and evaluating partnership proposals.
- Managing own projects with internal and external partners.
- Conducting research and data analysis on KPI trends and competitor analysis.
- Supporting budget processes, including purchasing orders and invoicing.
About You:
Candidates should have:
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Completion of at least 60 college credits or be a rising Junior.
- Field of study in Marketing, Business, or Sports Management.
- Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior BMW Group experience (for international students).
- English fluency; SAP knowledge is a plus.

- Hourly rate: $25.30 for undergraduates, $32.20 for graduates.
